Simple Returns @ Mammoth Designs
Call Mammoth Designs at 606-845-2227 or contact us via email to gain a return authorization number, along with proper shipping information. Once you have received a return authorization number, simply complete the Return Form below by clicking on the image or link, and use our preferred shipping carrier (UPS) to return the item (unless the item is defective, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item!). Any returns submitted to Mammoth Designs without a return authorization number will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Once your return reaches the production facility, the Customer Satisfaction Department will inspect your item to ensure unused, factory new condition. All returned products must be in new, resalable condition. Note: All Lexan windshields must be returned with the protective film in tact. Confirm proper fit on Lexan windshields before removing the film if you have any intention of returning the item. Refund/Replacement on Lexan windshields will only be processed on items with the original protective film or if the windshield is defective.
Items must be properly packaged in the original shipping carton to protect them during transit and ensure your returned item arrives at the production facility in a factory-fresh, re-sellable state (any returned items that have been used, altered, or damaged in any way will be subject to a partial refund - minimum 20% restocking fee will apply). All contents, including: instruction manuals, accessories, hardware, velcro, warranty cards, etc. must be included in your return shipment. Please do not return a damaged, worn, torn, or otherwise used unit for refund, as only items in OEM factory new condition will be approved. Once returned items are received, credit will be issued to the original credit card / payment method used for the purchase. Outbound shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your refund to be processed.
