*All returned products must be in new, resalable condition. Note: All Lexan windshields must be returned with the protective film intact. Confirm proper fit on Lexan windshields before removing the film if you have any intention of returning the item. Refund/Replacement on Lexan windshields will only be processed on items with the original protective film or if the windshield is defective. Items must be properly packaged in the original shipping carton to protect them during transit and ensure your returned item arrives at the production facility in a factory-fresh, re-sellable state. All contents, including: instruction manuals, accessories, hardware, velcro, warranty cards, etc. must be included in your return shipment.

Once you have received a return authorization number, simply use our preferred shipping carrier to return the item (you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item!). Any returns submitted to Mammoth Designs without a return authorization number will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Once an item reaches the production facility, the returns department will inspect your item to ensure unused, factory new condition. All returned products must be in new, resalable condition. Items must be properly packaged in the original shipping carton to protect them during transit and ensure your returned item arrives at the production facility in a factory-fresh, re-sellable state. All contents, including: instruction manuals, accessories, hardware, velcro, warranty cards, etc. must be included in your return shipment. Please do not return a damaged, worn, torn, or otherwise used unit for refund, as only items in OEM factory new condition will be approved. Once returned items are received, credit will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Outbound shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will do all we can to cancel the order, but if this is not possible, you are liable for all shipping and handling charges and return shipping.
