Full 1 Year Warranty

All Mammoth Designs Handmade UTV Accessories are backed by a full 1 year warranty that covers your purchase against defects in both materials, and workmanship. If you have a concern with your purchase, or need warranty service, please contact us @ 606-845-2227

Q: How Long Is My Factory Warranty?

A: Mammoth Designs Inc. offers a one year warranty on all of the handmade UTV accessories we manufacture. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and lasts 1 full calendar year. The customer must provide a copy of his/her receipt verifying purchase date, or verify purchase via electronic means (ie. email history, credit card statement, bank statement, etc) when requesting warranty service. Your receipt must be sent to Mammoth Designs along with warranty repair paperwork for your warranty request to be processed. Q: What Does My Warranty Cover?

A: Your Mammoth Designs Factory Warranty covers defects in materials & workmanship. Mammoth Designs uses only the highest grade raw materials and we inspect every item before we ship. We stand behind all products we manufacture. Only defective items will be considered under the warranty policy, and only items that cannot be repaired will be replaced. All MD accessories are subject to inspection before approval by the Mammoth Designs Warranty Department.

Q: What Are Some Examples of Warranty Replacement/Repair Items?

A:
An item with imperfect stitching or seams
Any item shipped without snaps, clasps, velcro or buttons
An issue with teeth or pull mechanism on a zipper
Any warranty request the manufacturer can attribute to a defect in workmanship or material

An item shipped without a complete set of installation hardware

Q: What Items Are Excluded From Warranty Coverage?

A: Exclusions from warranty coverage include accidental damage caused by the customer, normal wear and tear, abuse or improper handling or care, items ripped, torn, or snagged during customer use, and any damages not caused by a defect in manufacturing, material or workmanship. Also excluded are accessories that have been altered structurally, modified, neglected, improperly maintained, damaged during trailer transit, or used for racing purposes.

Q: Who Makes The Warranty Repair?

A: All MD accessory items must be repaired by the manufacturer. Complete replacement of the item will only be warranted if the item is not repairable. Any alterations to MD accessories will result in the termination of this warranty agreement. Although product failure is highly unlikely, please contact us via email or call us at 606-845-2227 or 877-985-2227 prior to making any repairs so you may maintain your warranty status.

We‘re confident that our products will exceed your expectations. To that end, we offer a money back guarantee on all Mammoth Designs products! Please note, item must be returned to the Mammoth Designs production facility within 7 business days in resalable, factory-fresh condition.

Any item returned in non-new condition will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Any returns submitted to Mammoth Designs without a return authorization number will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for paying any return shipping incurred.
