All Mammoth Designs Handmade UTV Accessories are backed by a full 1 year warranty that covers your purchase against defects in both materials, and workmanship. If you have a concern with your purchase, or need warranty service, please contact us @ 606-845-2227 or email a customer care specialist and we will remedy the situation as soon as possible. Please note, all warranty returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and a completed Warranty Repair Form (click the image or link below).
We pride ourselves in producing a professional grade, top-quality handmade UTV accessory. If for some reason, your Mammoth Designs accessory is less than perfect (for example: ships without proper accessories, instructions, hardware) we will supply you with your necessary components as quickly as possible. If your order is damaged en route to your delivery address or during the course of normal usage by the original owner (loose stitching, broken snaps, loose Velcro) we will repair or replace the damaged item. To expedite the processing of your warranty repair, fill out this form. You can read our Warranty Information for complete terms. Please note, any damage caused by the customer (ie. Damage due to improper use, improper installation, customization, alteration, racing, trailering, or extreme trail riding) will be repaired/replaced at the customer’s expense.
